What is an Ebook?

The term Ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word.

Do I need any special software to read an Ebook?

Most Ebooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For Ebooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. Ebooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Many Ebooks come in exe format which can be read on any PC. You will also need extracting software such as Winzip ( www.winzip.com ) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.

Will I get an instant download of my purchase?

Yes, with one notable exception. Once your payment has been processed, you will be redirected to a download page, with the single exception of the Club Black Label Membership. Due to the extreme value of this purchase, we will need to verify your purchase through cross-verification between our database and the PayPal authorization documents. This can take a few hours when membership is purchased outside of our regular business hours (we are situated in Montreal, Quibec). We will, of course, reward your patience with an unadvertized bonus to compensate for your need to wait. All other products are exempt from this clause and will be made immediately available upon confirmation of Payment (usually within moments).

How do I buy?

Good question! It's actually a lot like shopping with any other retail catalog. All you do is to go through the section that interests you to choose products you want or to see what is available. Since we update the products constantly, you'll want to do this once in awhile. Once you've found a product that interests you, just click on the 'Buy Now' link beneath the product. This will bring you to our checkout system on PayPal's secure server. To complete the transaction, all you need is a valid credit card and a few moments of your time to follow the simple instructions provided (should you be unable to process your order for any reason, contact us directly at 514.994.0967 during normat business hours, or by email at michel@ecomcreation.com, and we'll be pleased to help you). Once you've made your payment, a download link will be emailed to you and you'll be able to download your purchase immediately. Happy Shopping!
